Wedding Rates

HammerSky Vineyards offers an ideal setting for a memorable vineyard experience. The 50 acre property has rolling hills, 23 acres of mature vines, Century oak trees and a modern restored farmhouse with a wonderful history.  

When reserving the property for a wedding , event or dinner the Farmhouse in not available unless rented.  The rate is subject to a 9% occupancy tax. Check in is 4pm and check out is noon. The house may also be used to accommodate 4 guests overnight. Each additional person up to 6 people can be added for $75.00 per person, plus our 9% occupancy tax for site rental fee’s only.

The house includes 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining room and living room.

Rental of Farmhouse $600.00 per night, plus 9% occupancy tax.

HammerSky will staff an event supervisor who will act as a representative of HammerSky with respect to the property. These services do not include wedding/event coordination, equipment set-up or breakdown. The HammerSky event supervisor is included in the site fee.

Rentals

HammerSky is a site only venue. All tables, chairs, linens, glassware, tableware, etc. must be rented through a rental company unless previously arranged.

Bathrooms

For events more than 20 guests a portable restroom must be rented and follow same procedures and rented equipment.

All equipment must be picked up by the morning after the event unless otherwise pre-approved by HammerSky. A charge of $800.00 for late pick ups not pre- approved.

Catering

All caterers must have a Servesafe certificate, business license and carry worker’s
