This wine has a robust deep garnet color with violet accents.  The nose is amazing and complex with accents of fresh ripe plum and boysenberry mingling playfully with minerals and spice.  The mouthfeel is impressive and well concentrated flavors of black cherry and plum are framed with well-integrated and balanced tannins.  A real treat.  The finish lasts forever and leaves you impatient to enjoy another sip.  A very elegant blend of fruit grown entirely on the Hammersky Vineyards located in the west hills of the Paso Robles appellation.
 
A proprietary blend aged in 25% new French oak barrels and balanced with 75% neutral French oak.  Aged 14 months and bottled young to maintain it's youthful exhuberance!  Open top fermented to maximize extraction.
 
Perfect for beef dishes or robust game.
